金邊首都扶輪社、台北永平扶輪社與知風草文教協會 在去年度2018-19時通過RI審核並進行洞里薩湖「8個區域、16套淨水系統」的建置服務。代號GG1982176。 目前兩社已將結案報告送出，在2019-20年度畫下圓滿的句點。 以下是案子內容粗略說明： 此案總共有3個技術安裝團隊參與：卡爾岡碳素公司、三星淨化科技及旭威能源科技公司 此計畫的「超濾膜淨水系統」能將汙濁的湖水，過濾為乾淨水，提高村民健康、改善環境衛生、減少疾病降低死亡。此項淨水系統， 將提供十幾個村，包含八個區域的村民、學校學童以及每周固定到寺廟祭拜信仰的老人及婦女，受益人數將超過數萬人。
